We get a call or message and our Case Manager calls and does a phone interview to collect claims of activity. We then go over the claims and decide the best team of our investigators to go on that case. We then will start doing research and try to find out information on the location. We are only able to investigate on Friday nights.
*WHEN ARRIVING ON LOCATION!
When we get on location, we will have the client walk us thru the areas with the most activity. This is called "Hot Spots". During this, our investigators who are sensitive will zone in on seeing what they can see, hear or feel. While others are taking EMF readings of the location. After the walk thru, the Lead Investigators will determine the best spot for Command Post (CP). After determining that, the Tech team will start placing DVR cameras and digital recorders in the Hot Spots while the Lead Investigators are deciding the teams and gathering equipment. After everything is set up, the Lead Investigators will pull everyone outside for a small smoke break and during explain what teams will be where.
*LIGHTS OUT!
When we turn off lights, we split up into two teams. Each team will conduct EVP sessions during entire investigation. We ask questions that go along with claims and other questions. During the whole night, we change locations and switch teams members that way every investigator gets to investigate with each other during the case. GCPS tries to debunk claims and activity we experience to try and find a logical explanation.
*AFTER INVESTIGATION
Starting Monday the analysis team will gather together and start going over audio. Lead Investigator Steve and Karen will go over audio and DVR. Steve will go over the camcorders through the week. If we used 5 recorders and investigated for 5 hours, that is 25 hours of audio analysis we must do. After everything has been gone over, we then will contact the client and do a reveal of evidence to show them what GCPS has captured. We normally go from there according to what the client wishes. With the videos, from our camcorders, Steve will clip videos to upload on YouTube. On most cases, we will do a follow up on the location. We never hardly do more than 3 investigations per home due to the magnitude of cases we get in. We are ALWAYS booked! If a home requires us to come a 4th time, we will tell the clients we have to do a cleansing on the home. Most clients don't mind the spirits being there, but if the activity is going on so much and we are called out alot, we will have to cleanse the home. GCPS cannot do more than 4 max on any home of any clients.
