• We request the clients let us know no later than Wednesday of change or cancellation of the investigation. Of course, sometimes emergencies happen and they have to cancel or postpone right then, but we've had clients cancel for no reason on the way to the investigation. If this is done, and it's not an emergency, we will NOT set up an investigation ever again to that location or client.
• We request our clients do not have friends or family over during the investigation. We've had clients not only say there would not be anyone and we show up and 6 people are there who do not live there, we've had clients invite people over and tell us no one would be there. If we bring 4-6 investigators (which we have to have our team), and there are 6 more people, we are not able to investigate properly. Not only will the spirits not interact, but we cannot move around nor ask questions.
• If a client cancels 3 times, we will no longer set up an investigation. We stay busy, and cannot keep pushing clients off for someone who wants to cancel or not have us out after contacting us. This also goes for if a client contacts us, and a date is set, and that client never contacts us back, we can no longer investigate that location. Again, we have to push clients up on dates in order to investigate, yet our clients cannot keep getting pushed off for clients who do not wish for the team to come out. Which I do not understand why someone contacts the team for help, then acts as if they don't want anyone to help.
• Our clients call US out to investigate and find answers. WE are the one's who know what we're doing. Therefore if our clients try telling us how to do our jobs, or become a know it all, from now on, the team will pack up and leave right off. Our team don't know it all (no one does) but if we're called out, let us do our job. Watching TV does not give you the insight of how to conduct an investigating. Every team is different.
